SYSCAB was designed and developed for project-oriented businesses for example, government sectors, large project developments, construction companies, consulting firms, information technology software development projects and industrial product research and development. SYSCAB integrates the six major variables: who, when, where, what, which and how much/many, that can cause complexity during the business management process. A theory named " System Cabinet" originally developed by Mr. Frank Yi was designed to simplify the complicated 6-dimensional complexities into an easily controllable 3-dimensional cabinet. The “when” and “where” variables are plotted on the X-axis, and the “which” and “how much” variables on the Y-axis. The X and Y-axes together form the face of the system cabinet. It contains the information regarding content schedule/location and cost/resource (work) which are required by management. Meanwhile, the “who” and “what” variables on the Z-axis serve as the planning, operation, checking, and action (PDCA) cycle of management.

The SYSCAB design concept meets global standards, complying with the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). It is also compatible with MS Project and Excel. The system can run on a PC, server and also on a web browser. This allows the user to access the project from any location and at any time. Presently, three language versions (English, simplified Chinese, and traditional Chinese) are offered. Other language versions will be added subsequently for users across the globe.
